Your Complete Player Agreement

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jee7 ("jee7", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jee7.io ("Platform"). These Terms govern your use of all services provided by jee7, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, slot games, payment processing, and promotional activities.

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the jee7 Platform.

These Terms were last reviewed and updated in 2026. They apply to all Players accessing jee7 from Bangladesh and any other jurisdiction in which the Platform is made available.

Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on jee7, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which your account remains active:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. jee7 strictly prohibits access to its Platform by any individual under the age of 21. This is a firm and non-negotiable requirement under jee7's responsible gaming policy.
• Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary or imposed, on the jee7 Platform or any affiliated platform.
• Single account: You must not already hold an active or suspended account on jee7 under the same or any other identity.
• Accurate information: All registration details you provide must be truthful, current, and complete. jee7 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time.
• Not acting on behalf of another: You must be registering and playing for your own personal use only, and not as an agent or nominee for any third party.

Account Registration

Each eligible individual may register exactly one account on jee7. The registration process requires you to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to keep this information updated at all times.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. jee7 will never contact you to request your password. You agree to notify jee7 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account by contacting us at [email protected].

• Username: Usernames must not contain offensive, misleading, or trademarked terms. jee7 reserves the right to require a username change at its discretion.
• Password security: You are advised to use a strong, unique password. jee7 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to adequately protect your account credentials.
• Duplicate accounts: If jee7 identifies that you hold more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be closed, any bonuses will be voided, and winnings derived from duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
• Account transfer: Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or gift your jee7 account or any credits therein to any other person.
• Corporate accounts: Registrations by corporations, trusts, or other legal entities are not permitted.

Deposits & Payments

jee7 accepts deposits exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All account balances are maintained and displayed in BDT. The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and selected debit/credit cards including Visa and Mastercard where applicable.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. jee7 does not impose a processing fee on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which jee7 bears no responsibility.

• Processing time: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your jee7 balance instantly or within a few minutes of confirmation by the payment provider.
• Source of funds: You warrant that all funds deposited into your jee7 account are from a legitimate source and are not connected to any form of illegal activity.
• Own payment methods only: You must only use payment methods that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may trigger account suspension.
• Failed deposits: If a deposit is debited from your payment account but not credited to your jee7 balance within 30 minutes, contact our support team immediately with your transaction reference.
• Currency: All amounts on jee7 are displayed in BDT. jee7 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of available funds from their jee7 account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.

Prior to processing any withdrawal, jee7 may require identity verification ("KYC") documentation. This may include a valid government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and confirmation of the payment method used. Providing complete and accurate documentation promptly will ensure the fastest possible withdrawal processing time.

• Processing time: Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 24 hours of submission. Funds are typically received by the player within 1–3 business days, subject to the payment provider's own processing timelines.
• Wagering requirements: Funds derived from bonus credits may only be withdrawn once all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Withdrawal limits: Maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day may apply. Current limits are displayed within your account dashboard.
• Tax obligations: Players are solely responsible for any tax liability arising from winnings received through jee7, in accordance with the laws applicable to them.
• Right to withhold: jee7 reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of any ongoing fraud, security, or compliance investigation.

Bonuses & Promotions

jee7 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be communicated at the time the offer is presented. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each offer will be clearly stated.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage. Contribution rates for each game category are specified in the promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or used within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from your account without compensation.
• Bonus stacking: Unless expressly stated, bonuses cannot be combined. Only one bonus offer may be active on a Player's account at any given time.
• Abuse: Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, placing low-risk or hedged bets to meet wagering requirements artificially, or exploiting promotional errors — will result in the voiding of the relevant bonus and any associated winnings.
• Right to withdraw: jee7 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or permanently withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made to Players who have commenced wagering under the offer.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All casino games, live dealer tables, and instant-win products on jee7 are provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to the rules published by its respective studio. Game-specific rules are accessible within the game interface prior to placing a wager.

Sports Betting

All odds are displayed in decimal format and denominated in BDT.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is only confirmed once jee7 has issued an explicit confirmation reference. Bets not confirmed by the system are not valid, regardless of any amount deducted from the Player's balance at the time of attempted placement.
• Odds changes: Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. If odds change between the time you submit a bet and the time it is processed, the revised odds will apply. You will be notified if odds have changed before final confirmation.
• In-play betting: In-play (live) bets are accepted at jee7's discretion. jee7 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time for any sporting event without notice.
• Event cancellation: If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed to a date outside the relevant settlement window, or abandoned before completion of the minimum number of periods specified in the individual sport's rules, all bets on that event will be void and stakes returned.
• Settlement: Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BPL governing council, FIFA). Results declared after any stated settlement deadline may not be accepted for settlement purposes.
• Maximum winnings: Maximum payout limits per event and per day apply. Current limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and within your account settings.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jee7 Platform. jee7 employs real-time monitoring and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Confirmed violations will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of relevant balances, and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, or using stolen payment credentials.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live poker or table games.
• Automated betting tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated software to place bets or interact with the Platform on your behalf.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonus terms through strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, including low-risk hedging, arbitrage, and systematic matched betting against jee7's own markets.
• Money laundering: Using jee7 for any money laundering activity or as a conduit for funds derived from illegal sources. jee7 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to the appropriate authorities and may freeze accounts pending investigation.
• System exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, miscalculated promotions, or other unintended loopholes. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are subject to recovery by jee7.
• Underage play: Attempting to register or play while under the age of 21, or facilitating underage access to the Platform.

Account Suspension & Closure

jee7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or age verification documents within the requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9.
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment provider.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more (dormant account policy).
• A voluntary self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• Any legal, regulatory, or compliance requirement that necessitates account closure.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, jee7 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the outcome of its investigation. Where an account is closed at the Player's own request, any available balance (net of applicable bonus obligations) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Responsible Gaming

jee7 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools designed to help Players maintain control of their gaming activity. • Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your total spending on the Platform.

• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the jee7 Platform. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum period of 6 months. During self-exclusion, your account is locked and you will be removed from all marketing communications.

Intellectual Property

All content on the jee7 Platform, including but not limited to the jee7 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, data, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of jee7 or its licensed suppliers and game studios. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as conferring any intellectual property rights on the Player.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, transmit, or otherwise exploit any content from the jee7 Platform without the prior written consent of jee7 or the relevant rights holder. Unauthorised use of jee7 intellectual property may give rise to legal claims.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jee7 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

jee7's total liability to you for any direct damages arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jee7 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• jee7 is not liable for service interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues, third-party payment provider outages, force majeure events, or circumstances outside jee7's reasonable control.
• jee7 is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party game studios' products, although it takes reasonable steps to ensure only reputable, certified providers are featured on the Platform.
• Players acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that jee7 cannot guarantee any particular outcome or return from gaming activity.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits jee7's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Privacy & Data Protection

jee7 is committed to protecting your personal data. The collection, use, storage, and processing of personal information provided by Players is governed by jee7's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By agreeing to these Terms you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

jee7 collects personal data for the purposes of account registration, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, customer support, and regulatory compliance. jee7 does not sell or rent personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

• Data retention: jee7 retains Player data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, and for such additional periods as may be required by applicable law or regulation.
• Data security: All personal data is stored on encrypted servers. jee7 employs industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to prevent unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.

Amendments to These Terms

jee7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the jee7 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account and withdraw any available balance.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to jee7's operating jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under the mandatory provisions of the law of the jurisdiction in which you reside.
